The FASEB Maximizing Access to Research Careers (MARC) Program in partnership with ASIP is offering travel awards to help support the participation of ASIP member trainees (graduate students and postdoctoral fellows) at the upcoming Societá Italiana di Patologia e Medicina Traslazionale (SIPeMT) XXXI National Congress. Trainees at minority institutions and historically black colleges and universities, in addition to underrepresented minority trainees at majority institutions are eligible to apply for the travel awards. You must also be an active ASIP member in order to apply for these awards. Successful applicants will be reimbursed up to $2,500 in course registration and travel costs associated with conference attendance and participation. These funds are meant to defray hotel, air/ground transportation and course registration. The ASIP Minority Trainee Travel Awards are funded by a grant from the National Institute of General Medical Sciences, National Institutes of Health [FASEB MARC Program: T36-GM08059-30.]
